Had a nice and quiet day yesterday. The weather wasn’t very good, so I spent most of my time relaxing in my hotel room, giving the legs a proper rest. This morning I left around 7 and unfortunately weather hadn’t improved much over night. This means I spent most of my day riding in the rain and against a crazy storm force wind. After passing the most southern tip of the island early into the ride, I rode most of the day along the east coast of the Island. I’m now officially on my way back. Quite strange, to ride north. Haven’t done that much yet. Strangely enough the rough weather didn’t bother me too much though. The temperature was good, and seeing nature at it’s rawest was quite fascinating, with swirling curtains of rain and massive waves crashing into the coast. At least I didn’t have to worry about sunburn or overheating myself 😊 so tough but good day 😊
